Tessa Van Kirk
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Tessa has been providing ABA treatment for children with autism for over 12 years and has been a BCBA since 2004. She has extensive experience in developing individualized programming, completing functional behavior assessments, parent training, and staff training. Throughout her work as a BCBA, Tessa has provided numerous presentations to school staff and to the community on basic behavior principles, behavior management, eating issues, and developing measurable IEP goals.
Amy Massie
Behavior Therapist
Amy has worked intensively with families and children affected by autism for over 12 years as a Behavior Therapist. In 2000, she graduated from Texas Tech University, focusing on childhood autism and pervasive developmental delays. Upon graduation, Amy has implemented behavior programs created by Behavioral Consultants in the DFW area as well as contracted with Southlake/Carroll ISD as a Parent Trainer. Currently, Amy is working towards her Master’s Degree in Autism Studies.
Carrie Greer
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Carrie Greer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been providing ABA services in the DFW community for over 12 years. Throughout her work as a BCBA, Carrie has worked extensively in development of inclusive preschool programs and parent training programs. She holds a Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor degree in Business Management from TCU. She has extensive experience in autism intervention and has provided investigative results in the area of play, social skills and teacher training at several regional and national conferences.
