Parent-Child Music Group

Group music activities designed for pre-school aged children with ASD and their parents are provided by a Certified Music Therapist to encourage attention skills, social interaction, and shared enjoyment

Food and Fun (Callier Richardson)

Food and Fun is pediatric feeding therapy that addresses the oral motor, sensory, social, and play aspects of feeding in a group setting, as well as provides parents with education and support.  Participation in Food and Fun is meant to complement individual outside therapy.  The group is led by a licensed speech-language pathologist with support from student clinicians.  It meets one morning a week for 1 ½ hours.

Strategy Training and Response to Therapy (START) (Callier Dallas)

START is a six-week group program offered for children ages 18 months – 5 years who have been recently diagnosed with ASD. Licensed speech-language pathologists work with families to explore effective therapeutic strategies, positive communication interactions and recommendations for follow-up.

START in a Day is a 4 hour parent training session designed to share therapuetic strategies and how to better facilite language in the home. Flyer

Camp InterACT (Callier Richardson)

Camp InterACT (Autism Communication Training) is a therapeutic day camp for children entering 2nd to 5th grades with autism spectrum disorder. It will be held the week of July 30th from 9-3.
